EBoard Delegates are invited to attend the Redwood Empire Chapter's May Symposium from 7:30 AM - 3PM (Rohnert Park Community Center, 5401 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park CA 94928)

7:30 AM - Buffet Breakfast provided, followed by training programs

11:00 AM - Equipment Show opens

12:00 PM - Lunch (tri-tip sandwiches)

2:00 PM - MSA Foundation Meeting

Dinner on your own (although groups may gather together for a meal)

Thursday, May 4, 2023:

10:00 AM - MSA Foundation Meeting

Lunch on your own

1:00 - 4:00 PM - MSA EBoard Meeting at DoubleTree (Room: Sonoma / Santa Rosa)

4:30 PM - EBoard Dinner at Cattlemens Steakhouse at 4619 Redwood Dr., Rohnert Park, CA 94928 (link to restaurant and menu)

Friday, May 5, 2023:

Block Rate:  $189/night (plus tax)

To confirm a room within your Room Block, the room must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 48 hours in advance of arrival date. Rooms cancelled for any reason less than 48 hours in advance will incur an individual cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable tax.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am

Dinner is $55/pp and can be paid in advance online.  There isn’t a set menu, but we ask attendees to order a dinner item from the menu under $40 (link to restaurant and menu). Drinks are on your own.  The additional cost covers, tax and tip for our large group.
