The Foundation and the Maintenance Superintendents Association (MSA) are two separate organizations, with separate By-laws, Officers, and bank accounts.
The Foundation is a public charitable 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. With your contribution, we are able to encourage, assist, and fund: scholarships, education & training opportunities, and special projects through the activities of the Maintenance Superintendents Association and its various chapters.
MSA will continue to operate as a 501(c)(6).
