Under administrative direction of the Director of Facilities and Maintenance, the Facilities Maintenance Superintendent plans, organizes and manages the maintenance of City-owned Buildings for the City of Norco, including City Hall, the Rose M. Eldridge Senior Center, the Animal Control Shelter, Riley Gymnasium, the Community Center, and the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center, which includes Moreno Arena, Clark Arena, Nellie Weaver Hall, The Barn, and the George A. Ingalls Veterans Memorial Plaza.
Requirements: Graduation from high school or equivalent; completion of college coursework or technical school education leading to an Associate of Arts degree in facilities maintenance, supervision/management and/or construction management is highly desirable; at least five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in facilities maintenance including two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.
