2019 Stellar Vendor Award Nominees & Recipient

Updated: Feb 15, 2021

2019 Stellar Vendor Award Recipient - Gary Lewis (Crafco, Inc.)

Since 2014 the Maintenance Superintendents Association has annually honored a Vendor with the Stellar Vendor Award. This year was no exception. Four deserving candidates were nominated by local chapters. Each nominee has gone above and beyond to promote the MSA, serve as Chapter officers or serving on the Executive Board, all the while representing their employers and their products & services to the membership.

All four nominees for the 2019 Stellar Vendor Award, Gary Beneduci from Precision Concrete Cutting, Sue Bowman-Wulf, with Zumar Industries, Clayton Trejo who retired from United Rotary Brush and Gary Lewis from Crafco Inc., are deserving of the highest honor the Association presents to a vendor member.

During the Wednesday evening Conference Vendor Hospitality event, all the nominees were presented the gathered crowd. After giving a brief overview of each person’s accomplishments and qualifications, Eboard President Randy Carnahan opened the sealed envelope and announced Gary Lewis as the 2019 Stellar Vendor Award winner.

Gary thanked everyone for being selected for the award. He also graciously spoke about all the nominees and the hard work they all do on behalf of the Association. He also took the time to thank his bosses at Crafco, who have encouraged his participation in the MSA. “It’s a great place to work and I’m thankful for their support and all the friends I’ve made in the MSA”. He will continue his participation with the Association including his work with the local chapters, serving as an Eboard Vendor Rep. and as the sole Vendor member on the MSA Foundation Board of Directors.

Congratulations to all the nominees and the 2019 winner Gary Lewis. The MSA is proud to acknowledge your hard work and dedication.
