City of Campbell - Street and Fleet Maintenance Supervisor (Annual Salary: $127,233.60 - $154,668.80)
The City of Campbell is recruiting for our next Street and Fleet Maintenance Supervisor. Under direction, this position organizes, manages, and directs the maintenance activities of the Street Maintenance and Fleet Sections of the Public Works Department. The Street and Fleet Maintenance Supervisor provides highly complex support to the Public Works Superintendent; and performs related work as required.

Demonstrate strong leadership by motivating, coaching, and directing staff while fostering a positive team environment
Have extensive knowledge of street maintenance, including asphalt paving, pothole patching, concrete sidewalks/curbs/gutter repair, and storm drain maintenance
Are experienced with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as iWorQ Fleet Management
Understand and consistently follow city policies and procedures
Are an effective communicator – both orally and in writing
Are a critical thinker who can collaborate with internal and external staff
Have proven experience preparing, monitoring, and managing operational budgets
Have experience in vehicle procurement by purchasing or leasing procedures
Understand required vehicle maintenance per manufacturer's specifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade.
Five years of responsible experience in construction, repair, and maintenance of streets, one of which is in a lead capacity.
Supervisory experience is highly desirable.
