City of Dublin Public Works Maintenance Manager
The City of Dublin is seeking eligible candidates for the Public Works Maintenance Manager position. This individual understands how to align maintenance priorities with available funding and capital improvement planning to maximize the value of public investments.
They have significant experience in contract administration, including negotiating, managing, and evaluating maintenance and professional service contracts. The ideal candidate ensures that contractors are held accountable for performance, schedules, and deliverables, while maintaining productive working relationships that support effective program implementation.
The successful candidate is well-versed in regulatory compliance and ensures that all maintenance programs and operations adhere to applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including safety standards, environmental regulations, and reporting obligations.
